So what exactly is the PUMA Bawl?  We have here a blog that also has a fairly robust live chat system.  At approximately 10:30 am Eastern Time we will be openning the chat room and a link will be prominent on the front page.  This link will also take you there once the chat is active. http://www.partizane.com/tribune.  At 8 PM tonight we will be moving over to our Red Carpet Spectacular on Blogtalkradio (BTR).  http://www.blogtalkradio.com/NO-WE-WONT/2009/01/21/Partizane.

You must be registered on the site to chat, no other special invite needed.  Our system allows you to click on a name and respond to them, we also have smileys.   The chat is intended to run through the parade but as long as the server load is ok, we'll leave it open.  Your host does have a company meeting in the morning so please behave yourselves in the chat if I can't be there.

The Red Carpet Spectacular

At 8 - 10 tonight we'll have a live internet radio call-in where I'll be joined by Sheri Tag and other PUMAs on the Red Carpet.  The "plan" is to turn all teevees to ABC so we're on the same page, looking at the same lovely gowns, tophats and white ties.  It should be lots of fun and we encourage you to call in and let your inner Joan Rivers free.

During the radio show, we'll leave the chat open over here but will also have chat running on blogtalk.  I expect that we'll only keep an eye on the blogtalk chat for questions.  Once the show ends at BTR we'll be back here again.

I suggest using two open browser windows if you want to be active in both chats at once.  No refreshing is needed with chat.

One last thing.

I am an American.  I was an extreme Clinton supporter, canvasser, blogger and Hillbot.  I believe the nomination was stolen by a fraud and the best run con job in history.

But as I said I am an American first.  Barack Obama is being sworn in as my President today and not only do I agree with most of his policies, I truly hope he succeeds.  For the good of the country and the world I hope he is everything they think he is, everything I think he isn't. 

I am part of the loyal opposition.  I swear Allegiance but not Fielty.  I hold as my greatest right as an American, the right to disagree.

Update: Bawl Schedule as of 01/13: 10:30 AM(EST) Chat will open. 8 PM The Red Carpet Spectacular with hosts NewHampster and Sheri Tag will run until 10. Chat will remain open throughout.  This is a blogtalkradio call in show so PUMAs everywhere can dial in and tell the world what you think of Michelle's gown.

EXTRA EXTRA: The 8 PM Red Carpet Spectacular Talk Show has been confirmed with Co-Host Sheri Tag.  Join in as your fashion un-experts analyse the evening Ball attendees.  You'll be able to call in and offer your own valuable wardrobe help for the connected and infamous who have chosen to dance with His Oliness.

We've lined up a surprise list of celebrities to help us analyse and critique the evening wear our elected and unelected officials choose for the evening balls in DC.

The only time management can gaurantee a presence is at night but the chat room will be open in the morning.  I will open the chat room in the morning so folks can chat throughout the barf barf Inauguration.

Dress Code:  Black tie for the boys, red for the girls.  No other clothing required but if you really want to wear a gown, please do.
